Posting this separately because no one wants to read the details of my suffering through approximately thirty minutes of straining my muscles, but I need to properly log it or else I won’t remember. Like LifeRPG, I’m using a running app to keep track of my progress throughout my sessions. I used to use Nike’s running app, but it flaked out on me. Shame. It used to let me log what kind of shoes I was using for the run, which was really interesting but ah well.
